1. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our discretion.

  • Pricing Errors: While we strive for accuracy, we reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions and cancel any affected orders.

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • Responsibility: Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. Coconeila is not responsible for shipping delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processing.

3. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition within 30 days of receipt. Customized or used items are not eligible for return.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding shipping fees.

  • Faulty Products: If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.

  • Inspection and Approval: 2–3 business days after receiving your return.

  • Payment Processing Time: 3–5 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
